This program takes 8 days, during which Dr. Jutta Borms will work exclusively with you for 5 days, ensuring an intensive and personalized experience.

The peaceful landscape in Javea supports the process of recovery and renewal. Dr. Jutta will suggest a place to stay (Airbnb or hotel), which will be booked in consultation with you for the entire period.

8 days - 3 phases

Day 01 - 02

Rest and relaxation
The participant is given time to settle down, release tension, and get into the right mindset.

Day 03 - 07

Profound transformation
Intensive sessions focused on yoga, bodywork, mental reflection, and emotional processing.

Day 08

Integration and closure
What has been learned is integrated and homework is given to make a sustainable change.

• Arrival and introduction to the program.
• Evening meditation and relaxed start.
Day 02 | Sunday
• Breathing class in an online group session
• Rest day: no fixed schedule, time for introspection and relaxation.
• Evening check-in and meditation.
Day 03 | Monday
• Morning meditation and coaching with biopuncture.
• Horse coaching* and massage*
• Optional evening yoga or meditation.
Day 04 | Tuesday
• Reiki in the morning.
• Group walk or bike ride.
• Journaling and evening relaxation.
Day 05 | Wednesday
• Coaching, bodywork, or reiki in the morning.
• Wellness moment and journaling in the afternoon.
• Yoga in the evening (online).
Day 06 | Thursday
• Silent walk and meditation.
• Horse coaching* and massage*.
• Evening meditation or extra creative activity.
Day 07 | Friday
• Coaching and biopuncture.
• Free afternoon for relaxation and reflection.
• Closing moment
Day 08 | Saturday
• Morning meditation and evaluation of the week.
• Closing and departure home with new insights and tools.

My vision on recovery and well-being

After more than 20 years of experience in helping people with physical, mental, and emotional complaints, there is one important conclusion that I have seen confirmed time and time again: true recovery is only possible if we recognize and address the complete interplay between our body, our mind, and our emotions.

Our body functions as an integrated whole, in which biology and emotions influence each other. Stress on a mental level can cause physical complaints, just as physical blockages can undermine our emotional well-being. If these complex interactions are not considered together, we remain stuck in partial solutions that offer only temporary relief.
