How does Dr. Jutta use her holistic experience in the yoga sessions?

Thanks to her medical background in classical and holistic medicine, Dr. Jutta is perfectly placed to link a complaint or beneficial health effect to a yoga or breathing exercise. During the sessions, she often shares medical facts that are relevant to the participants or the specific time of year. Sometimes, if there are not too many people, Jutta uses her experience as a reiki master to touch participants' feet or shoulders with gentle energy. This is usually experienced by participants as particularly healing and pleasant. People are always asked in advance if they wish to allow this.

Dr. Jutta knows better than anyone that in these busy times, people are in great need of gentleness, self-care, and comfort. Her classes are therefore primarily aimed at enabling everyone (every-body) to participate, including people who are stiff and have multiple complaints. She often uses a hands-on approach—with the yogis' permission—to correct, support, and encourage them to stay within the limits of their own abilities. Healing happens through gentleness, and the key lies in consistently attending yoga classes, even if it is only for one hour a week. Even after a single class, the effect is clearly noticeable and visible. However, it is the consistent, repetitive nature of a yoga class that leads to lasting wellness and healing. After all, "Repetition is the key to mastery."
I have physical complaints. Can I participate?

People with (vague) complaints relating to their back, neck, shoulders, knees, etc. are also welcome. People who are tired, burnt out, or tense can participate in a safe manner. Dr. Borms enjoys providing customized exercises. Her approach is unique and tailored to each yogi. Sometimes workshops will be organized specifically for certain complaints (respiratory tract, shoulders, back, etc.).
Do you need experience to participate?

The basic principle of Dr. Jutta's Easy and Gentle Yoga is that it is accessible, gentle, and calm. Everyone is welcome, young, old, stiff, or flexible. No prior knowledge or experience is required to participate. Dr. Jutta's goal is to let everyone experience the beneficial effects of yoga. Anyone can do it.
