Dr. Jutta knows better than anyone that in these busy times, people are in great need of gentleness, self-care, and comfort. Her classes are therefore primarily aimed at enabling everyone (every-body) to participate, including people who are stiff and have multiple complaints. She often uses a hands-on approach—with the yogis' permission—to correct, support, and encourage them to stay within the limits of their own abilities. Healing happens through gentleness, and the key lies in consistently attending yoga classes, even if it is only for one hour a week. Even after a single class, the effect is clearly noticeable and visible. However, it is the consistent, repetitive nature of a yoga class that leads to lasting wellness and healing. After all, "Repetition is the key to mastery."
