As a classically trained physician, I have broadened my vision of well-being and healing over the past 25 years. Inspired by all my patients, I have taken countless courses, attended conferences and workshops, and immersed myself in further self-study in holistic medicine. Today, I use my expertise, experience, and energy to give people hope, guidance, and a new direction in their search for a better quality of life.

Shortly after completing my medical training, that crucial moment is still vivid in my memory: the shock, the pain, the confusion.
It led me to a new form of medicine and ultimately to recovery.

Through moments of silence, such as vipassana retreats and meditation, I have become more aware of deep-rooted beliefs. Learning to let go of emotions and growing confidence in my own worth is not merely a goal in itself. It is a journey of discovery to find out who you really are at your core.
During a collaborative project with Evi Hanssen and Hilde de Baerdemaeker to offer meditations during the pandemic, I realized that self-care was still a challenge for me.
Through meditation and many hours of introspection, I have rediscovered my inner strength and learned that true growth is a continuous journey toward self-love and self-care.
